[Corona virus] Quarantine Diary week 1/居家隔離做什麼

Moscow’s Quarantine starts on March 30th. Comparing to European countries it started quite late. When my friends in Europe started their lockdown, I always wonder how it felt like, how would I spend my time. Would I do something productive? Or would I really just Netflix the way out?

Knowing myself too much, I know the answer would be: trying to be productive but end up finishing all the series in my pocket list. I started to wonder, would I be proud of it? I always wanted to finish all of my series🤦🏻‍♀️it’s such a pain to have the series pocket list there but never finishing them…Okay…if today I finished those series~what is the outcome?

Before I figured out the questions I kept asking myself..the quarantine starts.

莫斯科的居家隔離在3月30開始,老實說看到歐洲國家隔離成這樣我真的覺得還離我很遙遠阿~
不過看到在歐洲的朋友開始隔離之後我常常想:是我的話我會怎麼度過這段時間呢? 是真的會把我的口袋名單裡的劇全追完嗎(那可能需要隔離超過1年🤣)還是我會莫名地奮發向上?🤔

由於我太了解自己了,我的結論是:我一開始會非常奮發向上,但是會半途跑去追劇🤣後來我又想(抱歉我真的內心戲比較多)但是追完了劇我得到了什麼呢?我會很自豪嗎?但是追完劇該自豪什麼啊?

總之 在我回答完自己心裡的os之前~隔離正式開始

不過我可以自豪地告訴你~第一個禮拜我可是破天荒的有出息呢!

Started google’s courses and got my 1st certificate
拿到了第一個google 學程證書

Created my own Lightroom preset
創造自己的第一個Lightroom色調

And every day I can say that I have done plenty of stuff which I didn’t expect myself to.
I exercise almost every day/ learned Spanish almost every day/ had google course almost every day…etc

I think the trick is that every night I write down what I have done every day, and I have a calendar that I put in what I want myself to do tomorrow. I’m not the kind of person who likes to plan everything ahead, but just planning for tomorrow isn’t that hard!

不僅如此,我每天可是都很安心地入睡因為我每天都還蠻充實的(我是覺得自己廢了一天晚上會很鬱卒的那種)
我幾乎每天都運動/幾乎每天學習至少一小時的西文/幾乎每天上google學程….etc

自己這周會這麼勤奮我覺得是因為我每天睡前會記下我今天做了什麼,我也有一個日曆,每晚睡前我會寫下我希望自己明天要做什麼。我媽從小就教我要寫計畫表…只是我真的就不是那種人~不過每天睡前寫下明天要做什麼還是行的!

Dalgona coffee/ 400次咖啡

The first thing to try of course is the super hit Dalgona coffee, I failed🤣 But trust me, it’s super easy, I failed only because I used the wrong coffee powder. All you need is:

Coffee Powder(❗️Not 3 in 1!!!That’s why I failed twice🤣)
Milk
Sugar
Mixer(or you could us spoon which you have to whip 400 times)

400次咖啡不用說直接在居家隔離菜單裡吧🤣不過我老實說我還是做失敗 哈哈哈哈
不過真的很簡單啦~我是因為用錯咖啡粉才會失敗😅
做400次咖啡所需材料:

咖啡粉((❗️3合一不行喔)
牛奶

打發器(或是您拿著湯匙真的去打它400下它也是會發的!)

全部比例1:1:1下去打,到在牛奶上就完成啦~

 

How to make Pesto/怎麼做青醬

自製青醬

To tell you the truth, we made 3 types of Pesto this week🤣We tried with all kinds of green we can get(except broccoli)
We tried with Coriander/ Basil/ Arugula, I’m going to give you the recipe now, but please don’t use Arugula😅doesn’t taste that good.

老實跟你說~我們這禮拜做了3種青醬XD我們把所有在手的綠色青菜都拿來做(除了青花菜)
我們試過 羅勒葉/ 芝麻葉/ 香菜 (耶~香菜愛好者擊掌👏)
拜託不要用芝麻葉😅我們不推

You need/你只需要:
Basil or Coriander(I’m a big fan of Coriander)/ 羅勒或香菜
Pine nut/ 松子
Cheese powder/ 起司粉
Olive oil/ 橄欖油

Seriously that’s all you need for a perfect pesto!!!

Firstly, Wash and dry the greens
(Press kitchen papers against the leaves)
Secondly, chop the leaves into small pieces(keep the stem, that’s the juicy part!)
Thirdly,
If you have a blender, put all ingredients in the blender and you are good to eat.

真的只需要這些就可以做出比超市那罐還讚的青醬!
👆先把青菜洗一洗再拿廚房紙巾壓乾
✌️把菜切碎(不用挑喔~那些梗可是最juicy的部分~)
👌如果你有果汁機的話把上面材料通通放進果汁機裡打碎~

自製青醬

If you don’t have a blender, but you have a garlic crusher, let all chopped greens and pine nuts go through the crusher.
Then put them in a bowl with oil and cheese powder, crush+mix them all with something hard you can find (one of our wooden spoons broke, 😅)

If you don’t have a Garlic crusher, you’ll have to train your hand muscles then, add all ingredients in a bowl and crush them with something solid.

如果你沒有果汁機但是有壓蒜器那就把菜根松子放進壓蒜器裡
壓完之後到到碗裡加入起司粉和油~開始向玉兔一樣把它們搗一搗

如果你什麼都沒有~那這就是你今天的健身房啦~所有材料到入碗裡人工搗碎吧

I won’t share how we made pasta this time, because I think it could be better, hopefully, we’ll try again this week.

Lightroom presets

If you are using Instagram, I don’t know if you have realized that Lightroom presets are such a big hit nowadays.

有在玩IG的話Lightroom色調你一定不陌生吧
這也是我一直想做的一件事只是那100種理由又出來了
