About this blog

I launched Ohwanderlin in 2016 with the purpose of inspiring travelers to get insider information while traveling in Taiwan.

The more I write, the more I travel, and I found my interest in local cultures and experiences. I give recommendations and guidance on destinations, hotels, tours, and activities based on first-hand experience.

What sets me apart

I’ve traveled to 4 continents, and 20+ countries. I was traveling as a student, am a proud solo female travel lover, I do girls’ trips too and am responsible for our couple traveling’s booking.

I connect with other travelers and exchange deeper travel information and am always keen to chat with natives to know their local traditions and insights.

I have lived in Europe for almost 2.5 years, having the perspective of an outsider but also a closer insight as an expat living abroad.

I care about the small details that travelers/ clients would appreciate and acknowlege the extra care that hosts/ companies are providing. If I am not enjoying something or found potential signals of discomfort, I am always honest with my audience.

Most of my blog posts will be written by me separately in both English and Chinese, which means that my SEO target will be both the Chinese-speaking and English communities. My readers are your customers.
